Occupancy Rates
$110.00 a couple per night. $15.00 per child, children under 1 year old are free. More than three children, ask about special prices.
A deposit is required to hold your reservation.
We appreicate two-night stays on the weekend, however a one night only booking will include an additional $15.00 surcharge (April through November.) There is a 3-night minimum booking requirement on holiday weekends. Also, a 10% additional fee will be added to large groups requiring breakfast (fee waivered if no breakfast is required.)
In order to keep our prices low, payment by cash or check is preferred. We do accept Visa and Mastercard when necessary.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Checkout and departure by 11:30 AM. Departure from the premises - including the grounds - after 11:30 AM will result in an additional night's charge.
Reservations
Please call 717-426-3992 to reserve a room. We do not do online bookings or have an email account for room inquiries.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The deposit is non-refundable. In the case of unavoidable cancellation, please call before expected arrival date and we will be happy to reschedule your visit within one year. In cases of leaving before departure date our policy is to not refund the price of accommodations.
